When you submit a form on this site (booking request, quiz, or contact form), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the general wellness goal you select. We ask that you do not include private medical details in website forms. Detailed health information is collected only in person or through secure channels as part of your care.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your request: to call or text you about scheduling, answer your questions, and, if you opt in, send you helpful emails from Mana. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

If you check the SMS consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Mana Wellness & Aesthetics about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care.

Website analytics and advertising

This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. Sharing
